Workout squad
I'm a 17 year old male and i'm about 5'8 177 lbs and i'm looking to slim down a little bit, get toned, and increase my muscle mass. Could anyone give me any eating tips and/or tell me about how much protein i should be taking in every day? Thanks

i read somewhere that if you's wants to gets major swoll, then rule of thumb is 1g of pr0tein for each pound that you weigh. and you probably don't have to worry too much about getting toned. increasing muscle will increase your metabolism (muscle burns more calories than fat). so you'll cut the unwanted fat eventually. i say this because i am too lazy to do cardio.
