Default problem with adaware

ok, there are several files that whenever i try to delte, this window pops up:
"Some objects could not be removed, try closing all open browser windows prior to the removal............."

so i clicked "ok" to let ad-aware remove them after the next reboot. heres the thing: once those files are removed, my internet explorer is SLLOOOOWWWWW. It takes about 40 seconds to load a page. So I unquarantined the files, but now i'm getting the pop-ups again. what to do? if anyone is curious, here are the files

c:\programfiles\aproposclient\libexpat.dll
c:\programfiles\autoupdate\libexpat.dll
c:\programfiles\autoupdate\autoupdate.exe

helllp!

Download also, "Spybot Search & Destroy," but be weary of what you delete. Off www.download.com.

Make sure that your Ad-Aware is updated.

is this on XP? Try doing this for each file:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...01123112044539
To restore a file with the System Configuration utility

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type msconfig and then click OK.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Click Expand File.
5. In the "File to restore" box, type the name of the file that you want to restore.
6. In the "Restore from" box, type the location of the Windows installation CD or files. (The installation files are often in a folder on the hard drive.) (You can also click Browse and browse to this location.)
7. In the "Save file in" box, type the location of the folder to which you want to restore this file. (You can also click Browse and browse to this location.)
8. Click Expand.
Probably good idea to reboot after this is done.

If that doesn't help..... try this page: http://www.networkclue.com/os/Windows/commands/sfc.php

Do a Google for Lavasoft's website . It's the best site for spyware issues. Download something called "Hijack This".
It should solve some of your issues. Make sure you know what you're doing.

I don't think it's your computer, the internet has been really slow lately. I and everyone I know has been having the same problem.
