Sparco

Go for 3" camlock, with the 48" shoulder harness.
4 point if you don't have race seats. 6 point if you do.

i have the sparco fighters. but i only want 4 point.....
i was think schroth because of the width of the straps. im not liking the huge wide straps on the sparcos.

In a head on high speed crash those lower points are essential. The shoulder straps on your harnesses tighten before the waist on a four point harness. Without lower points, this can end up with your submarining, a condition where you actually slide out from underneath the lap belt. This happens so fast that the lap belt will rupture your internal organs, and break or bruise your ribs. In addition, you stand a good chance of breaking or shattering the bones in your legs underneath the dashboard.
In any case where it is possible to use a 5 or 6 point harness, it's $25 that could save your life.
I would try on a 3" harness before you dismiss it. That's only about as wide as a book bag strap.

No cage for me, so I'm harnessless.
I would take the 5th point straight down through the seat if at all possible.
I'm not saying to buy a 3" harness without checking it out, but go to a store near you that has Sparco seats & harnesses and just drape one over your shoulders to see how it fits you.
If you absolutely have to have the 2" harnesses then Sparco makes a 4 point 2" camlock "tuner" harness.
