pimples. they didnt cover my whole face, or a good portion of it. they just popped up here and there. and a couple days after i stopped eating the sandwiches...they stopped popping up. :dunno:

your diet has nothing to do with your acne...I learned that from my dermotologist....

 

This is true.


I had real bad acne for about 2 years. My diet is similar, but I've grown up and the chemicals have changed. For the most part, my face is clear. I'll still get the ole occasional zit, but i consider my face clear.

On a seperate note... now i want a PB&J
