So uh....
Last night I went to the gym for about 2 hours, a little less.
I RAN for 30 min. I didn't walk, i ran for 30 minutes, got somewhere around 3 1/2 - 4 miles in. I honestly lost track around 1 1/2 miles. its a weird indoor track 8 1/2 laps = 1 mile I used to run like that all the time, then I got lazy and was only running 1-2 miles. I'm still tired, but I felt great while running |
Right now, I struggle to finish a 10 minute mile. :chuckles:

I did 20 pushups this morning... ?
I've gotta hit the gym again tonight. I think... I will run again. And work my back and shoulder muscles. I did my chest and a lil arms last night after I ran. |
Running is by far the best cardio, but goddamn it hurts for me. I have not so good knees and I get shin splints too. I usually use an eliptical machine with high resistance :(
