USPS lost my mail, i didnt' buy insurance, am I SOL?
some dufus said that he received one of my packages with nothing in it :wtf: i double tape all my stuff but somehow the package was delivered empty. he could be lying cause i can't prove anything eventhough i believe its nearly impossible for the contents to "fall out" without someone possibly tampering with it 
i checked out usps.com but the only info i have is for insured packages

i've never dealt with usps claims.
ups is pretty good with claims...although their service is damn expensive though

I never bothered with insurance until yesterday. I guess I always thought it would be super expensive or something. But it only cost me three bucks to insure it for 200 bones.
Anyhow, back to your topic. I have no advice to offer. But that sucks some major donkey chode. Sorry to hear it.

Did he ask for insurance and pay for it? If not then I do not see you as being at fault. That is what insurance is there for. Also shipping via FedEx gives you insurance for the first $100 for free. I say it sucks to be him. And when you reply to his negative feedback say that.
