Default Hmmm high comp + boost?

so say a person had a high compression engine....lets say an H22 running 11.6:1 compression (just as example) and they were toying with the idea of adding a turbo to said engine........what would be the potential issues one would have to deal with in this setup?

Hypothetically speaking of course.

sorry I didnt mean it couldnt be done, I just dont know why you would want to run a turbo on such high compression...it takes some serious tuning and low boost.....

This guy named Doug presented a seminar for Hondata during a meet last year. He was saying high compression turbo applications can yeild higher hp when tuned right. Yes I was paying attention. ( socal peeps h: )

Of course with a mild set up and little to no tuning the chances of seriously fxcking up your motor due to detonation are high. Id definatley run a good standalone my local tuner is most familiar with to protect the motor.
