anyone used www.import-store.com before or know if its a good store or not?

import-store.com sucks ass, i ordered some headlights from them a long time ago and it took forever, i had to threaten to call the BBB and my lawyer for them to send my ****in lights....they have no customer service number and all u can do is email them and hope they write back, they suck
