To call any native american anything resembling a "Fob" would be the most contradictory and hypocritical thing one living in this country could possibly say.
Oh calm down. Maybe my post wasn't very well thought out. But I didn't know that HAN was THE most politically correct place on the web. Nor did I know that only posts/comments that are 100% serious are allowed on this forum. Thank you for bringing me up to date.

On a side note: :jerkit: I love when internet people feel the need to flaunt their "knowledge". Im sure that was copy and pasted straight from encyclopedia.com. :jerkit:

I am a FOB and even though i have lived here for 10yrs I still hold on to my culture and think this country isn't the best place in the world. I'll be getting the hell out of here as soon as I'm done with school and all that. Your laws are just auwful. From traffic to drinking, and now even tobacco.

I think you're great. I've spent a lot of time overseas and down south (by down south I dont mean grit country)...I cant tell you how many times I have wished I was from somewhere other than here.

And, for the record I dont think that you would be considered an "FOB". I think the people they;re talking about are people who come here, never bother learning the language or way of life, and just take up space. You seem to be an educated individual who is probably safe from being labeled that way.

then...... bye.

and some of you have the wrong concept of what a FOB is. its just someone that just came from their native country. "holding on to their native blood culture" doesnt make a person a FOB.
