Alright.. my second buyer for the Civic just backed out on me.. and it's getting to the point where I just want the Civic gone to give the cash to my mother... but the market is limited because it would only apply to people wanting to work on it because it's "half finished" and I don't have the stock parts anymore and needs about 800 in body work (front bumper needs to be painted, back bumper replaced and dents taken out.

I owe my mother 5800 for the amount she put on her credit card to get the title for the Civic..

I have the Diamante.. it's book value is roughly 5,000... but.. the drivers side air bag has been disconnected, has bad brakes and needs a timing belt change.

Part of me wants to try selling the Diamante just because I think I would have an easier time because it's not modified... but it was a gift from my sister.. and.. I don't want her to think that I just see the car as an easy five grand in order to keep my Civic. Plus I LIKE the Diamante... it's strong.. and fast. But... the Civic is MY car.. it's what I always wanted for the first part of my young adult life. :sad:

I've no idea what to do... If I could come up with the 5800 another way.. I would probably keep both.. because I like them both. :happysad:

Keep the Diamante, everyone has a Civic.

 

I can sell my eggs for $7000.
But it hurts.. and is like a six month process with extreme medical screening.

I'd say keep trying to sell the civic.

I had my 89 Accord listed in a local flyer for about 4 months with no calls on it... then in one week I got 5 calls about it. Like woah.

Eventually it'll go.
