i would say it was out of focus, but then again I know he only has a monopod so it could be from him shaking from the cold during the 2second exposure time

that first pic came out nice...but it has no illusion of depth. the 2nd one has depth to it...but it came out kinda meh.

i have a tripod. the blurry ones i had to hang myself over the railing to get the shot. so couldn't really use my tripod

First and second are nice but the composition on the second is a bit off. The blurred ones are, well, blurry. The last one is pretty nice and streamy lights from long exposures are a surefire way to impress the regular folks out there.

I cropped the second one, I think it looks better like this.
