Charleston the best mannered city
I thought it was WV, no its SC... stupid friggging SC. No one thinks us hicks are well mannered, we don't get violent until you run over our dog Buck or call domestics crappy.

Y'all beat meah tue it! I used to live in Charleston, SC. That's the personna given to tourists, if you live there it's entirely different. Especially if you aren't from a recognized "family".
