My enlistment papers, my completed military training, my currently fulfulled orders (never said they were combat orders) and my part time status with the Air Force do make me property of the U.S. Please let me know what makes me a 'real' soldier, I'd so love to know when I qualify. Do I have to go active duty and shoot some 'commies' in the jungles of Viet Nam ? or go to Baghdad and go on patrol? Oh JOY, I can go do that, do my part to protect the nation as a whole, and I can watch the protests on TV at the same time!!!! NEAT!
