it may not be snowing, but by the start of march, i know that buffalo will be hit with at least one ice storm. the rain will come and then it will drop to like -10F in a hurry. power companies will shit a brick.
i remember it gettings REALLY cold last year aroudn this time.. i think it always does get really cold, just not to this extent..

i cant wait for the -20, -30 temp's with the windchill later today... :madfawk:

also: syracuse usually gets their blizzards in like march too, so this shit aint over with...
