i would replace any of my cars with what i have.

if my PT got totalled, i would just get another Crusier, but this time get a turbo Cruiser :naughty:

if i totaled the CRX, i would get another, and would prolly try and do even MORE JDM madness to it, maybe an all glass roof, and a SiR engine swap

My hatch is the only car i probably wouldn't replace. my choices would be to:
get a CRX, and make that a nice beater (not all the JDM goodness)
get a used Dakota possibly
or just keep the money and save it up for something else. i would have 2 other cars to drive

True... but I recall RD Racing doing a 2.6 liter all-motor H-series for a driver in the 2001 IDRA series, if memory serves. Part of their work included a deck plate about an inch tall, to allow them to run longer rods.

But yeah, done poorly or cheaply, you could have a real basket-case motor on your hands.
