And same here with my younger brother. My mother used to be unable to get a solid night's rest cause of my brother's inability to stay home and not get ****ed up on various hardcore drugs... now that he's out of the house and living with friends, my mother actually sleeps like she should...

But to the "But you only have one family" comment: Also, family goes both ways. And frankly, my life is better without my brother being an everyday factor. It, though, does pain me to say that, but until my brother is willing to grow up and stop shitting on the lives of his family, I'm going to cut my losses...

Heh... I probably shouldn't have added to the board drama or whored the thread so bad... but something *snapped* and I needed to vent...

Eventually he'll grow up, but for now he's 18, has borrowed about $3k from my mom, and do shit like buy a $350 katana then ask my mom to pay his month's rent...

i've always wondered why the sons don't give the parents as much trouble as a daughter would.

Man. You all speak of the sibling out of the house for good. I get her for another 3 years. Dont get me wrong though, i like having her back home, and being the whole family, she just has a tendancy to...u know, what i said. I feel really bad for part of me wanting her to leave. Is this only natural?
