Sony Ericsson already has the SO505iS cellphone in japan. it has a built in 1.3 mp camera with 16x digital zoom.

i also heard rumors that there's gonna be a new SE T650/T660 with the same spec but works on GSMhjerk:

 

my coworker has that. it takes horrible pictures. unless there is plenty of light the pics come out underexposed.

 

It looks like it's the camera part of a crappy camera phone, but without the phone.
