Default to narc or not to narc...

I got narced on by this bitch who so far is lucky that im a nice guy...

She was getting blamed for some errors on a project she was in charge of. She was behind schedule so myself and some other employees helped her out but there wasnt enough time to do everything so we did as much work as we could so errors were expected. Well, she got yelled at by the client because of a few errors, which turned into my boss yelling at her. And of course she cant take her own blame for being behind from the start she narcs on me by saying, "if craig wasnt on the net all the time then we could have done this."

My bosses call me in the office to go over some projects i was working on then brings up how she said i was on the net too much. I argued to my best but im not very good with come backs under pressure. When i leave my boss's office i realize how much crap i've seen other employees do and i've always kept my mouth shut, never thinking twice about narcing on them. And this woman who narced on me is the biggest culprit. Her and her boyfriend have started their own side company selling the same products that our company does. The worst part is she uses the company’s products! I kept my mouth shut then and just looked the other way.

Now my biggest thing is how I’ve never stepped on anyone’s toes and now that this woman cant handle getting yelled at for her faults she has to turn on me. I would be doing the same by going to my bosses with this information but it would also make the workplace a lot more uncomfortable than it already is.

What would you do?

I guess there isnt any question but I still dont feel 100% sure that going to my boss is the right thing to do. It could cause a lot of unnecessary tention in the office along with possibly loosing any rights and privileges we already have. Im just not goin to be in any way nice to this woman and make sure I personally warn her about going to the boss if I see her taking advantage of the company again.
One other thing it may look childish if she came foward about me being on the net too much and then me turning around and saying that she steals from the company. Plus they may not even believe me just because of the situation that she put me in.
Oh well, days go on.
