So I was surfing through the intarweb
Well i would rather not post the link up because I donn't agree with the content nor do I feel it is right to propagate hits toward the site.
Thanks for being a logical voice in this Mike I didn't think hate speech was included as free speech since they have consistently cracked down on hate tye groups regardless of how they try to portray themselves as legal and clean.

If there was a governing body to regulate anything someone found offensive, then there would be nothing left on the internet to look at. If you don't like it, don't go there.

What I was getting at is that it is flagrant hate messages not just someone spouting random crap but a definite message that is pointed at a specific group and has been known to cause much violence and anger among people.
Its basically the equivelent of inciting just done through text, music, and publications.
I guess as long as people share your view of looking away it will continue to exist rather than actually dealing with it.

Share my view? Which is what? Racist? Or I have my head in the sand? And what group was this message against? African Americans or Hispanics? The only time people don't get upset over "hate speech" is when it's talking about murdering whites or cops.
As for finding it on the web, I'm sure if you looked hard enough in other places you'd find it too. You're not required to go to Klan rallies or to go to their website. I got the point perfectly. people bitch that the government is instituting homeland security because it invades their privacy and puts them at risk for persection. Well you are asking for the exact same thing for this website, except now it's ok because you don't like their message.

The point that Nightshade is trying to make is that there is no legal protection for hate speech of any kind, anywhere. If the website he found truly is hate speech, it is not protected and if the government finds out about it they can take steps to shut it down.
I don't think that there's an actual agency that takes on this type of thing so what would need to happen to get rid of it is contact a legal advocate group such as the American Civil Liberties Union and have them try to shut the site down through the court system.

We don't know what the content of the website is, so it's a bit presumptuous to assume it's talking about any one particular group. It could be anything.
