So my manager told the other team members that I quit.

I just found out that one of the jr level executives (Director actually), told my gf (her former boss) that he wishes he could have done the samething I did.


I don't know how he heard, since we don't even work in the same department. I guess now I'm the poster child for quitting. :chuckles:

 

Here comes the chain reaction.

Usually if one person walks it usually means at least 3 or 4 more will too. Its like it breaks the surface tension or something.

Yeah I know what you mean. It's not like the company is losing money. But it's not making money either. So it will be interesting to see who else bails in the next 4 weeks.

I didn't think me quiting would have anyone so high up thinking the same.

I didn't care that day. It was probably the greatest day at work. And they didn't write me up either. If I wasn't such a big asset to the dept, I would've been fired a long time ago.

 

hheeheheh I could and they still wouldn't fire me.

This I know but that's not why I'm leaving.

 

If I could find another bullshit job that pays well, I'd do it. But I work with my best friends, we're the top rated at our store, we're in good relations with the right managers, everyone else hates us...so basically I'm set for now....only thing that bothers me is the mass amount of idiots including my own manager.
