What are you playing it on Xbox? Does it give you the option to buy level 3 paint when you click on the locks?

I am playing it on computer not Xbox....and it doesn't let me buy any of the paint with the locks on them

ummmm..........go to the paints......go to level 2.....buy level 2.....

than go to level 3...and buy level 3...........

it should work.............................................. .....................

when you go to the level 3 paints you have to click on one of the colors and it will let you buy all the paints... just try it to see if it works.

Put your cursor over the level 2 or 3 paint and press Enter; it should prompt you with a question about whether you want to buy that set or not.

hit the arrow on the part that says gloss paint...it'll change u to lvl 2...and then pick a paint it'll unlock the rest....go to the next for level 3....anyways anyone know how to go to stock rims i'm trying to bring my teg back to stock
