I own no handheld mirror (yeah, yeah, I know I could go buy one, shut up). Plus, it's both eyes, not just one.

ah... didnt realize it was both eyes.... either way... id have my eyes examined... that isnt normal(obviously )

Sounds like a tic or a nerve trait that is causing it to happen. Lack of sleep can aggravate the situation and make it mor enoticeable.

My right eye does this sometimes but if I am tired I notice it more.

Good point...I think it does happen more easily if I am tired, and it's often just after getting home from work at night. So, maybe it's just my eye muscles freaking out from fatigue (more or less)?

i had the same problem, i talked to my doc, and he said it deals with stress.
