Ehhh.... only if you play with headphones or the sound turned way up, you just got done watching a really scary movie, and it's 2 am, and there are weird shadows all over the walls.
In other words....no, not really. Scary would be something like Sanitarium. Diablo is a cross between an action and an RPG. There are really no RPG elements...just the "feel" of the game.
