Tips and tricks/tutorial site for Wacom
Are you tracing in Photoshop or in Illustrator?
Also tracing isn't as easy as it looks because most people trace the outline then go back and clean the lines up, Illustrator tends to be a better program for trace rendering also
I think more than anything else it just takes time to get used to....I use mine for just about everything now.

I know it took me about a week bfore I got real comfortable with it and playing with opacity and coverage percentages help a lot as well as quick strokes since it does sense how hard you press (to a point).
I would say just practice with it whenever youget a chance and maybe check out www.worth1000.com and play with a few of the tutorials in there. Not really Wacom tutorials but it will help you gain technique.
