JDM whore
Started up 4 weeks ago.
Running 6 days a week
Gym 4 times a week.
Gained 25 lbs since...I hadn't worked out since Aug, and I was 170, and felt fat and flabby. Started running, got to about 160 or so, stopped for a week and went to the gym. Been 4 weeks now and now I'm 205
Not quite sure what happened...was hoping to lose some fat(and weight) and start building muscle.

actually your metabolism never changes.. it just changes what it changes stuff into if that makes sense? when you work out it'll tend to make things that will get used by the muscle when you don't it'll make things to store for later if you choose to use them.
