Some of you are really good at finding information, I've looked for the past hour and maybe I'm not typing in the correct information in the search engine.

I do know though, it is FLORIDA LAW to have a functioning air conditioner no matter what time of the year it may be.

I went to my landlord about my A/C not functioning, and considering it is 75 degress outside with 100% humidity, it is imperative I have a functioning A/C. They wouldn't open the door to hear what I had to say ( 10 minutes after they closed JEEEZZZZ), so I told them through the door, the woman said, "it's going to be getting cold outside, its not that important we fix your a/c, you'll have to wait"

Can anybody find an article, or statue in florida law that states I must have a functioning A/C so I can present them with this tomorrow?
