Need some help here... HAN related
Trying to buy something from a fellow HAN member, well not sure if I want to buy it or not just depends on what the end price comes out to be. I am a very untrusting person and I don't even trust myself most of the time.
So I asked this person if they could send me extra pictures because the item looked to be slightly flawed. But, they came back with a response that they had it packaged and ready to be shipped to who ever was the buyer. So I took their word for it, and requested a shipping quote only to get a response that they didn't have any boxes and would need to get some. Seems to me that the two statements contradict each other.
My search on HAN tells me this guy has a good history, but its those little instances that makes me question the integrity. Its a deal online and I have no way of knowing the quality of the product before I purchase it, and thats what is bothering me.
Anyone got suggestions... being vague with the details for privacy reasons.

packaged everything back up so i would be able to ship it out as soon as someone wants to buy. i apologize for that. but i can assure you that it is only the finish that has come off, no damage to the functionality of the system. feel free to ask any other questions.

once again, sorry i am taking forever. i forgot that i threw away the box for the evo, so in order to get an accurate shipping estimate, i need to get a new box. im heading back to school this week, but this weekend i will stop by one of our local shops b/c im sure they will have some sort of box from someones exhaust just lying around that they will let me use. but i dont see the shipping cost exceding 100. probably under 70 or so due to the short distance. the only thing that would bring up the cost wouuld be the size of it. but i will keep in touch, i just didn't want you to think i forgot.
Both seem to be self contradicting.
