Sounds like a good deal of harrasment to me Cops suck. Thats never happened to me that bad, but if the cops where actually searching your car you have the right to ask them what thier articulable (sp) suspicion is. I beleive thats the words. They cant just search for no reason. Same with getting out of the car, they cant just make you get out for no reason. You should write a complaint to thier superior officer.

one time a cop followed me out of my road, down a connecting road (which wasnt the quickest way out of my neighborhood by far) and then followed me all the way downtown til I tapped my brake lights at him, slowed to 20mph in a 40 zone until he turned off in a gas station (after we had passed 3 others) and stopped harrassing me. Then I told me Dad (shut up he knows people in town:fawk: ) and him and some of the selectman hes friends with talked to the chief of police and told him to tell his officers to stop harrassing kids in town. (they did it all the time, they've cut back a little now:madfawk: )

 

I got a ticket for going through a double yellow about 6 months ago, can I fight it now by any chance because I realize that where I turned in, it was dotted, and also, the ticket says I was driving on the wrong side of the road. If I can get of this ticket, it would lower my insurance incredibly. But on the sitation he wrote that I went 59 in a 45 MPH zone, but he didnt cite me for speeding, if I decided to fight this ticket, can he just give me a speeding ticket?

Btw, if you notice a cop following you, just pull over and let him pass.
