window tint price
wow, a lot of you guys got ripped off. I paid $195 (canadian) for 5% on the back 3 windows, with lifetime warranty. And these guys are AWSOME with the warranty. My sister got her car done there too, and for some reason, something keeps scratching a line in one of her windows, and they keep fixing it for free.

it just depends on the area man. Of course its going to cost more in cali than it will in some small town in the midwest....its all about demand.
A friend of mine got his DC teg done for ~200 @ 20% tint on all except the windshield, w/ a lifetime warranty. Looks awesome.

It depends on what material they use too, they determine price based on how many windows you want done, single piece or two piece back window, percentage of film, and type of film.
I went with 3M Metallic 20%, single piece back window, rear 3 windows.

not sure what's legal out in NY, but in Cali you can tint all windows behind the driver as dark as you'd like but the front windows can only be like 85% I believe, which is damn near clear. You can barely tell a window that's tinted 85%, you have to like hold you license behind it and compare to tell anything. And the windshield you can tint only the top like 6-8", I forget what percentage.
