what kinda blankets you guys use?
its getting pretty cold around here...im taking down to the 40s during the night.
and we dont use out heater.
im tired of having 3 blankets covering me during the night because 1 or 2 of them always slips off and i wake up freezing in the middle of the night. so i just want ONE big warm one. just wondering what kind i should be looking for.
right now i have a thin white goose down, then a poly-filled blanket thingy folded in half, then a quilt on top.

My main blanket is wierd...its like a regular duvet type thing, but its reeeeally soft cotton because its old and its been soffened over the years. I feel wierd not sleeping with it.
two extra thick comforters. $20/each during last years post-christmas clearance sales:thumbup:
keeps me warm. Prolly saves me $50/month cause we turn the thermostat down to the absolute zero mark... or close to it anyways.

My main blanket is a somewhat thin quilt, but for some reason it totally holds in the heat. It's awesome. When I'm really cold, I'll add on a couple of fleece blankets.
