My left hand feels like shit. So I was stretching it and then my palm muscles started cramping up and wouldn't relax. It stayed like that for a minute and it was more of an annoying than bad pain. Maybe I should get one of those "natural keyboards"?

 

I spend way to much time on the computer as well. I noticed a burning in my ring finger on my left hand (but I've broken it before), and sometimes my right shoulder will hurt like shit, almost like I've been throwing a baseball .

 

wait until you become an office whore...sit at your desk for ~9 hours...then come home and start typing again :doh:
