:dunno: i read that lil bit from other people when i shopping for shocks. and also the warrenty card for KYB...maybe it was more a precaution than anything else.

ive had agx's and they did well and are easy to adjust.

but if i could do it all over again id fork out more for koni yellows

or go back farther in time and get a tein setup or similar

H&R Sport lower the car plenty and handle just fine with either AGX or Illumina.

a spring that is too short affects the rod travel of the shock...so there is a relationship between drop and shock life.

specially if the shock is not designed for that much reduced travel and work in the extreme range of the motion.

I see. Well to each its own. Hell, I don't care much for warranties when it comes to car parts since the process of getting warranty work done in such a complicated hobby it's more hassle than good. It took A'PEXi two months to realize the reason why boost controller wasn't working right was because one of the pins on the connector wasn't locking in place like the rest of them.
