My choice would be Alex Zanardi coming back to racing after losing both his legs in the German GP crash in '01. He finished the 13 laps at full speed this year and raced in the European Touring Car Championship. He will be driving a specially designed BMW for the full season at ETCC.

He is my hero, just makes me realize that if you really want to do something you can do it no matter what the odds are.
