Ok so I was looking for cheap daily driver cars on ebay and I cam along this civic with a toyota symbol and I can't seem to make sens of what he is saying. I think that he is trying to tell people that his car will beat 99-00 SI civic with no prob.

He's got an Arospeed strut bar and different ignition wires. Looks like the heat shield was removed from the header.
