Hmmm I'm not supporting a phedophile first of all.

Here is how I look at it. This sick bastard when he gets caught will probably go to jail and get raped himself quite a few times. Why not put him in a mental institution and see what the hell is wrong with the guy? We get knowledge out of the guy. we find out why these crack pots do what they do, and hopefully we can setup some sort of system of filtering these types of people out and getting them some help before they rape other children. Yes this is not the most accepted reasoning fine. I'm not tryin' to convince anyone of what should happen to this guy. I know he's gonna go to jail and that'd be it.

But I also know if we put this guy in some sort of mental hospital and we find out what caused him to do this, I'm sure other kids could be saved from being raped. Yes obviously we will need more research than just one guy, but atleast we get some research in.

As much money as it costs to keep an inmate in jail for one year, we can have this guy in the mental hospital for 3 years, and get research out of the guy for the same amount of money. In the end rehabilitation is cheaper than incarsination. But admittedily I think some people deserve to be in jail, and that is that. This topic is going way off topic.

As for your nazi/hilter comment I don't really understand your point. Hitler convinced his coutrymen that the jews were the problems to their economic problems, so that caused WWII, and slaying of 6 million jews. So me saying don't hate gay people is going to cause what sort of slaying? Hmmm... I only end result is less hatred. Wouldn't that hiter relation apply more to you more, since you are proposing the hatred of a mass majority of people?

 

I have no problems with gays as long as they aren't hitting on me or mine. But why does it seem that, according to the gay supporters, it's ok to be "openminded" and spread the gayness cause no one should be oppressed but then they turn right around and attack anyone they feel is "closeminded' or a "bible thumper"?

 

I think everyone has a right to speak their mind.
If you love the bible, good for you. If you wanna have a pro-bible rally, go ahead. It's the fact that gays do not bash people who are not gay. Bible thumpers bash people who don't believe the same.

 

So you're saying that gays are completely pure of heart and mind and have never said anything bad about non gays? Aren't Gay Pride parades saying "golly, i'm glad i'm not straight like you poor stuffed shirts"?

 

I don't think so. I'm sure there are gays who will bash straight people. But they are flamers. And you can't put all gays into one catagory just because a few are stupid.
Just like I don't despise all Christians. I only despise the ones who tell me I am going to hell because I don't believe in jesus.
I've never had a gay person tell me I am going to hell- or that I am wrong for believing in what I believe in.

I would much rather be in a gay parade than surrounded by a bunch of people who condemn someone they don't know.

You gain nothing by hating anyone. All hatred does is make this world a crapy place. People don't get along and unwanted tension is created for absolutely no reason.
