I kinda feel bad about this, but I donno....At our local Honda dealership this serviceman that works there is always rude and mean to me when I call to order something. So Friday I sent an email complaining about the guys attitude. Well he called me today and begged me to send another email apologizing because his manager had read the email and was considering firing him.

Now do you all think maybe he's been in trouble for this before? I mean you wouldnt get fired over 1 complaint would you?

Needless to say I went ahead and sent another email...I dont want him to get fired, but man that guy has made me angry a couple times....

hmmm tough call really....I would go and sit down and talk with them both and why his attitude was out of line...maybe you can talk the boss into a very strict second chance...kinda like a probation of sorts.

He should understand its in his best interest to keep the guy and you should understand that the guy doesn't need to be fired if he can be taught better customer skills and keep his job.

If your job is to work with people, you should leave your attitudes and problems at the door. Your job is to help people. Not saying you have to be "Leave it to Beaver" friendly, but certainly an attitude isn't neccesary.

im fuckin nice to people to that call
and then other people here are telling me try not to spend too much time with them

and sometimes they thank me and tell me how helpful i am and the other person they talked to was a jerk
