get this... when users here log in ... and based on what security groups in Active Directory they're a member of ... they get certain network drives mapped

What an idiot. We got lots of them here too. Sometimes we get requests to add contractors to the VPN Group when they don't even have a LAN account setup.

me: open outlook express then go to tools....
me: [me reading help pages online]
me: wait, do you have norton
her: yes
me: go to norton please
her: do you want me to do what you told me first or go to norton
me: go to norton
her: you know what, i dont your attitude, im going to call back
30 minutes later customer service callsa nd says a customer said someone was being rude to them, i asid "that was me and i wasn't being rude, she was" the cusytomer service lady went to get her number ot have someone else call her back, comes back and the customer had hung up on her too :rofl:
