I got this idea of working with stop motion animation.

The setup is simple for the test run

get a modelers mannequin, a standard digicam and tripod, blue screen the background and take sequential pics with minute movements bing made to the dummy.

Edit the pics as needed then sequence them into Final cut or Windows Movie Maker save file and check the results.

I know the first one or two is gonna be kinda rough but eventually I will get the formula down and I can smooth the framerate and synchronize the music better but it just seemed too simple an idea to pass up

 

Celebrity Deathmatch/Chicken Run style

 

we did stupid little movies like that when we were kids with a camcorder.
just click the button once, move the object, click again, move object again, etc...
We made a "Why did the chicken cross the road" one. h:

My classmate and I did an Initial D-style stop motion film for our audio class. It was fun. If any of you will be willing to host, I'm willing to compress it.
