I wake myself up

That's why I sleep on my side, even though I'm supposed to sleep on my back. If I slept on my back, the snoring would always wake me up.

 

I don't even know if I snore or not. h:

i use to snore, but i had my adnoids out when i was 7 or somethin... no more snoring for me :thumbup:

 

I snore like a biatch. People get scared, since sometimes it seems like I'm out of breath because it sounds like i stop breathing, then i just come out with a burst of snoring. I believe its called sleep apnea. its freagn embarrassing, even though the gf says its cute. shes a champ snore-er too though, so its all good.

 

sleep apnea is not something to fool around with. and it doesn't SEEM like you're out of breath -- you are, because you actually stop breathing for a while.

my mother in law has sleep apnea and must sleep with a breathing machine so she doesn't stop breathing in her sleep. it's really a serious thing, you should get it checked out by a doctor.

 

people complain. I've never woken myself up, but my sisters say I sound like a freight train (and this is through 2 closed doors). :chuckles:

 

I stayed up all night to see if I snore, and I didn't...

haha....yah..my bf tells me the same thing.....we sleep on the fone...and he'd hear me breathe or something...and he'd start laffing...

i didnt even realize i snored...until he said i snore...but u can barely hear me...

i do more of the tossing and turning...and make a litto noise wen i turn as if i am whining
