Sat was better I was able to drink milkshakes cause they were cold and soft and it helped the pain. Sunday was better I was able to eat some soup.

Mine were relatively painless with almost no sweeling. Got all 4 taken out. Doc shot my up in the arm with something, said "you're gonna feel funny in about 10-15 secs let me know when that happens and ill give you another" :thumbup:last thing I remember was him putting the second shot in my arm. I was out cold, then when I woke up I had no balance, I was ****ed up til the next day like I was really really high. Went to a graduation party the next day tho and ate a hamburger:thumbup:
haha nice, that's how i was, but he was like you're going to start feeling sleepy real soon, i saw him inject me, 2 seconds later i felt it, i didn't bother fighting it and trying to stay away like i planned to, just to see how long i'd last, just layed my head back and was out, when i woke up, yeah couldn't see shit, my friend works there, it was funny trying to talk to her lol...
when we were walking out, my mom was walking next to me to make sure i didn't fall and i was like "woooaah this is drunk x10, she just laughed, and when i told my step dad that i felt drunk, he's like how would you know? you're just guessing right? i said "yyyeeeeeaaaaahhh" and laughed cause i was still F*cked up
i think u guys got the wrong impression about wisdom teeth. in my knowledge, all humans have 6 wisdom teeth, but only 2 pairs gotta be removed. if you ever have to get to take out 6 of them its probably pieces of the teeth that the dentist have to cut through because its too big or too deep rooted. if you are very sure that you have 6 wisdom teeth, i suggest going to an anthropology research department. they will be amazed.

I had mine taken out when I was 17, but I was still screwed. When the orthodontist took the prelim x-rays, he asked me, "HOW old are you again??" He said the teeth were the size of those usually found in someone in their mid-late twenties. HUGE.
I had four of them, all impacted. It wasn't until they were already in my mouth until they realized that the roots were wrapping themselves around my jawbone. :eek3: The usual 30-60 minute surgery ended up taking 3 hours, because they had to break the teeth into a million pieces to take them out. Because they didn't know the surgery would take so long, they had only given me nitrous, and I WOKE UP in the middle of the procedure.
They gave me an IV at that point, which made it nearly impossible for me to wake up after they were done, so the ortho had to carry me to my mom's car.My face was hugely swollen and black and blue. I lived on vicoden, steroids (to reduce the swelling) and melted ice cream for two weeks. I barely got up out of bed for a week.
And there, my friends, is the really ugly side of wisdom tooth removal.

Remember, DO NOT drink from a straw or smoke (if you do) until you are completely healed. You do not want to experience the pain of dry sockets.
