I like that style of house. How much would it cost out there?

We can have the house built for $205,000 with all things said and done.
It would probably be a little more when factoring in different light fixtures, different flooring (hardwood all throughout the kitchen and dining room. Tile in the bathrooms)

We're thinking somewhere around $210,000-$215,000 total.

Hopefully we'll start building around beginning of 2005.

The lower level is a finished basement with walk out. The main floor will have vaulted ceilings and things.
