Default Razor or Electric?

Which one is softer on your face? I have never had an electric before so I am wondering.

I don't like electrics. They don't shave you nearly close enough. I'm not even one of those really hair guys, but if I shave with an electric, I have a 5 o'clock shadow by the end of the day.

4blades now? This may get out of hand sooner or later... these companies will just glue a pack of razor blades onto a stick....
