You can't be the smartest guy, or have the best logic in the world, to be drinking/smoking and playing with guns. Or just doing one or the other in an unsafe manner, let alone both.

I personally think it would have been good to get shot in the foot, to teach the retard his lesson. Dying over something that stupid is a little severe.
