I can because I'm double jointed 
I can also lock my hands behind my back (like in handcuffs) and bring them over my head and back in front of my with them still being locked together

I can do it with my right over my neck and my left behind my back, but not the other way.
I think that has something to do with years of playing baseball right handed.
