So we're getting a house in Tennessee outside of Knoxville for medical school. It has a wood stove in the basement (going to have to get used to having a basement again).
The current tenant says that he hasn't used anything else as a heat source this winter. Are these things hard to manage?

The hardest part to manage is the heat distribution... Other than that it's basic when it comes to maintenance.
