Default freaky deaky

So I'm talking to my mom in our computer room, which outlooks the front of the house. All of a sudden we see this little 3-4 year old girl walking on our front patio. Keep in mind its ~40 degrees here.

So my mom goes outside and picks her up and makes sure she's ok. She walks around the neighborhood for a few minutes then comes back and says the parents are no where to be found. This girl was in a little fancy dress with no coat on. :wtf:

So anyway, my mom sends me out to walk around the neighborhood to see if anyone is looking for a girl. The neighborhood is deserted, NOBODY is around. So I come back and tell my mom to call the police. So she does, and they say that the police will be over in a few minutes. I ended up having to leave to see The Last Samurai (awesome movie by the way) but I guess the little girl was the granddaughter of our neighbors who live a few houses down. They claimed they were looking for her but the cops knew that wasn't true, seeing as how it had been ~25 minutes since we first found her to when the police came.

Cliff's Notes: little girl showed up on our doorstep, parents nowhere to be found, called police, grandparents show up claiming they looked all over for her, but that wasn't true.

wtf that's whacked. I thought you were going to say she was a ghost though. :eek3:

Speaking of ghosts, I was repainting my room the other day. The day after I see what looks like little footprints on the floor in white paint. I was wearing shoes while painting, there was plastic down, and there are no little kids in our house and haven't been since we moved in. :eh: I have pics, upload in a minute.

You sure you didn't have fun where you did that thing where you use the side of your hand, and then make little dots with your fingers to represent toes?

no that was the frustrating part. We'd ask for her name or where she lived but she'd just kinda look at us and then giggle at my dog. She was happy and all, but she wouldn't talk to us at all.

Nah I was seriously like WTF when I saw it but I figure it must have been some drops spilled or some random sh1t. Doesn't look exactly like footprints but kinda weird anyway. :loco:
