So my bro recently moved to Thousand Oaks, CA and I was wondering who lives near by? Also what's Thousand Oaks like, I heard its a pretty rich area? Thanks for the look.:thumbup:

I live about 50 miles east. Thousand Oaks is quite nice but ain't extremely rich. Go south/south east is where you find the rich places.
