Get some ankle weights, and walk/run/jump with them. Kangaroo jumps are good, running bleachers, calf raises, leg presses, squats, lunges, etc.

calf raises w/ ankle weights. running up stairs with ankle weights and only using your tippie toes.
or, find a huge, steep, uphill and strap on some ankle weights. thats what my soccer friends do, and their calves look like regulation sized footballs. no pain, no gain tho. this will make you soooooore.
