I went to the ER last night with a temperatur of 105, My feaver has been from 102 to 105 all day and night. I cant get any sleep because of it, Im waking up and screaming because my feaver is kind alike causing me to trip (it like my brain is to hot or something) the stupid doctors in the ER said there is nothing he can give me and that it should pass in a week... A ****ing WEEK!!! I have been vomiting, coughing like crazy, Feaver, waking up covered in sweat head to toe.... My ribs feel like they are bleeding from coughing so much, my chestis almost not working to breath... will someone please kill me and put me out of my missory? Im so ****ing sick I want to die right now.

does anyone know any home remidies to get rid of viral infections? what I have is like the flu X 5 Im so feaking sick, I'll do anything to feel better

Damn man I feel for you. When I get sick I also get really high feavers like 104 and I start to trip and see wierd shit, Its no fun at all. My best advise would be drink lots of ginger ale so you will stay hydrated and get alot of rest.

 

I cant, the feaver wont let me sleep worth shit, I will sleep for about an hour then wake up talking feaverish non sence and covered in sweat. also the coughing wont allow me to sleep either. I understand there is no cure for the flu/viral infections. But teh goddamn doctor could have gave me some hydrocodone which would help me stop coughing and sence it's a opiat it should also help me sleep. oh and the stupid thing the er doctor said was "I dont know why you would want a cough surpresent, the coughing means your cleaning your sytem unless it's a dry cough" and then I coughed which was clearly a dry coughing. This is far worse then when I had mono.

 

whats even worse is that Im known to have feveratic seziers and my ER docotor was aware of this and still didnt give me shit but 2 tylonal. I swear some people dont need to be doctors.

 

I always get in a warm shower when I have a high feaver it seems to help some.

I think I may try to take a shower, I havent been able to stand up long enough to take one in about 2 days, my ass must be dirty as shit. thats for the advice. I may just take a stool in to the shower with me so I can sit down on it or something.

 

Isnt it bad to take a hot shower when you have a feaver? doesnt it overheat you even worse? I would recommend taking a cold bath and just try and relax, it sounds kinda :ghey: but just sit in the cold tub, and let it cool your body down.

 

thats whats I was just told, Im thinking maybe take a spundge bath... I just realised taht Iv only had two pudding cups (snack packs) to eat for thye last 2 days. God I hate being sick.

 

you need to see if you can eat some soup or something (chicken noodle soup) and try to keep hydrated (water or orange juice) because not eating isnt helping your cause at all
