Is it possible that they are having problems with their website or in the process of updating it? It may be the rims are on back order too. If you are worried about it, call you card company and inform them of what's going on. I wouldn't cancel the order on the card yet, but make the card company aware of your problem. If you were to cancel the order on your card and the rims came, you could end up paying more for a cancellation fee.
